Introduction

Congratulations! You have chosen to purchase a

high-quality product. Make sure you are familiar

with the product before you use it for the first time.

With this in mind, read the following instructions

and safety information carefully. Only ever use

the product in the manner described here and in

accordance with the specified range of use. Please

keep this manual in such a way that it is protected

from loss or damage. If you choose to hand this

product over to a third party, make sure you also

provide them with all documentation.

Intended use

The product is suitable for gas, electric, glass

ceramic, halogen and induction hobs.

The product is not intended for commercial use.

The serving pan is heat-resistant up to 250°C.

Glass lid heat-resistant up to 180˚C

FOOD-SAFE! Taste and odour

properties are not affected by this

product.

Only ever use the product in the manner

described here and in accordance with

the specified range of use. Please keep

this manual in such a way that it is

protected from loss or damage. If you

choose to hand this product over to a

WARNING! DANGER TO LIFE AND

RISK OF ACCIDENT FOR INFANTS

AND CHILDREN!

Never leave children unsupervised with the

packaging material. There is a risk of suffocation

due to the packaging material. Children often

underestimate the dangers. Keep the packaging

material out of the reach of children.

Please note that the handles can get hot

during cooking. Therefore, use oven mitts

or grill gloves for protection.

Never use the product if the handles are loose.

Tighten the screw connection of the lid if it is loose.

WARNING!

DANGER OF MATERIAL

DAMAGE!

When cooking, it is very important that you do

not let the product out of your sight. Fat and food

can quickly overheat and catch fire. If fat or food

should ever burn, never extinguish it with water!

Smother the flames with a pot lid or a tested fire

blanket.

CAUTION! Never heat the product when it is

empty. Otherwise, damage may occur due to

overheating.

Never heat the product to the highest energy

level when it is filled with fat. Switch off the hob

immediately in the event of overheating. Never lift

the product directly from the hob, but leave it on

the cooling hob first.

Do not put dripping wet meat into hot fat. Fat

splashing onto a glowing hotplate can easily

cause a fire.

ATTENTION! The glass lid is fragile/not

shockproof!

Never hold the hot product under running cold

water. The underside of the product may be

damaged or fall off the product.

ATTENTION! SCRATCHES! Avoid moving the

cookware back and forth on glass ceramic hobs!

Before you start cooking, we recommend that you

wipe the surface of the hob and the base of the

cookware with a clean, lint-free cloth (for example

microfibre). This way you can prevent scratches.

Note for induction hobs

Note: Under certain circumstances, a

noise may occur that is due to the

electromagnetic properties of the heat

source and the pot/pan. This is normal

and does not indicate a defective induction

hob or cookware.
