Introduction

The WiFi Repeater is a combined wired/wireless network con-

nection device designed speciﬁcally for small business, ofﬁce,

and home ofﬁce networking requirements. It allows a wireless

network to be expanded using multiple access points without

the need for a wired backbone to link them. It also works well

with other 11b/g and 11n protocol wireless products.

Conﬁguring WiFi repeater with WPS

If your router have a WPS button, you can conﬁgure your

router in a few seconds.

Set WiFi repeater in a slot immediately next to your router (eg.

use an extension cord). Press the WPS button on the repeater

and hold for 10 seconds.

Then press the WPS button on the router, and hold for a few

seconds.

Now, WiFi Repeater get the conﬁguration from the router and

can be seen on the network as “WiFi Repeater”.

The key for WiFi repeater is now the same as for the router.

Are there problems with WPS setup, you must read the

instruction manual for your router to see if it needs a different

approach.

Connecting devices to the wireless system

By connecting computers, tablets or smartphones to the wire-

less system, use the same key as for your router.

Does your unit have WPS, read in the units manual for how to

connect to WiFi repeater.

Conﬁguring the WiFi Repeater

WiFi repeater can be conﬁgured by connecting an RJ45

network cable from the computer to the repeater, or it can be

done wirelessly.

Wireless conﬁguration (Windows)

• Set the repeater into a socket

• Click on the computer network icon

in the lower right corner, and

you will see a list of networks,

Here you need to connect to the “WiFi

Repeater”.

• Then open a web browser and type: http://192.168.10.1 in

the browser address ﬁeld.

This address is the preset address of the WiFi Repeater.

If you can not connect to the preset address, you can try

resetting the repeater, by holding the reset button for 30

seconds. Wait for WiFi repeater again on the list of possible

network.

The login screen below will appear. Enter the “User Name”

and “Password” then click “OK” to login.

The default User name is “admin” and Password is “admin”.

After logging in, you will see the web page below:

Click on ‘Repeater’ to continue.

Select your Wireless network to continue

When you see below, please do not change any setting but

only insert the key of your network.

I basic settings:

Nothing to be changed.

Conﬁguring The wireless Acces Point (AP) mode

After login, select the AP in the main menu to conﬁgure the

WiFi repeater to the AP.

Follow the instructions on the screen.

Reset the repeater to factory settings

Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds.

More possibilities in the repeater

Once you are logged in to the WiFi repeater, you can change

the administrator password, you can upgrade the device

ﬁrmware, or you can backup the settings and reinstall settings

from a backup.

Resetting to factory settings

Hold the reset button on the device side inside 30 seconds

and the unit is reset.
